• For Lecturer: Proven research ability as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and/or research reports
• For Senior Lecturer: Evidence of significant research experience and scholarship, including recent peer-reviewed publications in accredited journals
• Teaching and research interests in community and/or counselling psychology
• Experience in teaching psychology at a tertiary level.
• Registration with the HPCSA in the category of Counselling Psychologist for a period of at least 3 years and ability to provide supervision to trainee counselling psychologists.
