Purpose of Position:
To ensure all process within the Procurement department, including stock purchasing and contracts are constantly maintained, to implement improvements, increase productivity and
TAT to assist with daily operational requirements and to ensure QA standards are met and maintained as well as to manage the procurement user training for Ampath.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Required), Management Certificate and / or Diploma (Required), Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and Logistics Certificate (Required), Quality Control Certificate (Required)
Required Experience:
1-2 years’ quality control experience, 2-3 years’ general experience within procurement and materials management environment, 2-3 years’ MM department supervision experience
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that Procurement departmental processes and relevant procedures are maintained to ensure efficient service delivery., Manage Ampath cellphone requests, procedures and contracts., Manage quality control to ensure that relevant standards are maintained., Perform general departmental related administrative tasks to provide an effective administration support service and to ensure efficient access to information., Train employees on the Procurement module on the Meditech System to ensure effective stock control.
